Maybe it’s just me, but 50’s music is still pretty entertaining. I know it’s easy to hate someone once they come up and get some cash – move out the hood and start rapping about getting paid > hustlin’ but I still enjoy it for the most part.
I know his music has changed, and he himself has changed I’m sure (noticed he’s not wearing the vest anymore …) – but the same things everyone hates about him are the thigns that helped him move 12 millions units earlier in this decade – his cockiness and his business-like approach to everything. He doesn’t let up for anything & he’s a true comedian at heart. Seems like there are a lot of haters out there quick to dismiss him as irrelevant.
